EQUIPMENT : Pluritech MULTISTATION Evolution Is the most recent Pluritec Industries modular microdrilling/routing machine that, with its new CNC (PCB Control), offers the following advantages: Flexibility Accuracy and repeatability Speed and productivity DUO is a microdrilling/routing machine designed to offer many advantages thanks to its special structure. DUO is a compact two head machine that can be configured as follows: 2 full range high speed drilling spindles (160 or 180 or 200 krpm) 2 microdrilling spindles (250 krpm) 1 microdrilling spindle (250 krpm) and 1 routing spindle (80 or 125 krpm) 2 routing spindles (80 or 125 krpm) A very large working area is available with 2 heads (635 X 762 mm - 25" x 30") and with 1 head (1050 x 762 mm - 41.34" x 30"). Optionally, other interesting working areas are possible with 1 head like 915 x 915 mm (36.02" x 36.02"). GIGA 8888 PL is an 8 spindle microdrilling machine that, thanks to its dedicated structure, allows the drilling of small diameter holes in high production volume. the 8 head machine concept is an innovative solution and gets advantages versus the traditional multi-spindle machine (max 6 heads) in terms of productivity, footprint, working area and cost saving. FORMA is a routing machine designed to speed up the normal setup procedure thanks to its simple system of automatic pin take off. The machine, equipped with S&M CNC 82, is compatible with all S&M and Excellon routing program formats. INSPECTA L is the new Pluritec® single spindle X-ray drilling\routing machine with linear motors. It is equipped with 1 spindle, 1 CCD Camera and 1 micro-focus X-Ray source. The wide range of configurations allows to have, in addition to the standard and unique X-Ray features, an accurate driller and/or router machine. This means maximum versatility and flexibility that, joint to a large working area, make INSPECTA L an exclusive machine in the market for the process of multilayers products. INSPECTA HPL is designed to assure high accuracy and high productivit (up to 5 panels/min). The machine is equipped with 2 spindles, 2 CCD Cameras and 2 microfocus X-Ray sources. INSPECTA HPL, thanks to the two independent heads and the versatility of its Pluritec CNC, can be, in addition to the standard X-Ray machine, a two spindle driller and/or two spindle router. It can process also large panel dimension by parking one head and using the other head for the entire machine working area! INSPECTA COMBO L & HPL In the COMBO version the machine can be equipped with the drilling and/or routing package (drilling-routing software, dedicated tooling plate, dedicated air bearing spindle, contact drilling system, high number of tools). In case of Inspecta COMBO HPL and according to the panel dimension, the machine can drill two stacks of panel (like a two head machine) or one stack of large dimension (with one spindle only). Drilling\Routing spindle According to the relevant configuration, the machine can be equipped with a microdrilling spindle on one head and a routing spindle on the other head. Contact drilling This system allows both, broken bit detection and controlled depth drilling. Any breakage/chipping of small diameter drill bits can be detected in real time and by using dedicated tools very high quality on blind holes can be achieved. Pressure foot According to machine configuration the spindle can be provided with standard or bush exchange pressure foot (in case of drilling) or with standard or floating pressure foot (in case of routing). INSPECTA AUTOMATION Inspecta L or HPL can be equipped with an a utomatic Loading/Unloading system that makes the machine very productive.
