| INDUSTRIAL : Oil/Lubricants Castor Oil (grade C) is a USDA approved, highly refined food grade oil utilized in the meat packing and food industry to lubricate trolley rollers and other equipment which requires lubrication. Its highly slippery characteristics provide near frictionless movement thus increasing production, reducing wear and tear, and increasing ease of handling. Due to its purity level, high solids content and lack of evaporation, Castor Oil (grade C) lasts much longer than other lubricating products. Use as supplied. Compound 2006 is a water soluble, synthetic rust inhibitor designed to provide long term indoor rust protection for ferrous metal parts. Special additives increase protection with non-dimentionality. In other words, the protective characteristics are undetectable on the final parts. This non-tacky surface eliminates the attraction of dust and other soils if exposed parts sit in an open environment. Packaging is also much cleaner due to a dry, oil free part.Compound 2006 is normally utilized at a 10 to 20 percent concentration with water Descaler 156 is an acidic detergent formulated to remove rust and scale deposits as well as light oils from a variety of surfaces. Descaler 156 is activated to remove heavy lime build-up from heat exchangers for better heat stability and flow characteristics. This compound will also remove surface discoloration (i.e.. weld and heat treat marks) from steel and stainless steel.Use undiluted or up to 20:1 with water. SynCut 2000 is a synthetic coolant and cutting fluid designed for grinding and light machining. With SynCut 2000, machine speeds can be increased up to 100%. The superior lubricity and heat transfer capability increases tool life and reduces overheating. This translates into lower production and using costs. SynCut 2000 contains a polymer which coheres to all metallic surfaces and is corrosion resistant. It is biodegradable and water soluble for metal working applications including drilling, grinding, milling, tapping and turning. SynCut 2000 is not an emulsion and cannot turn rancid like ordinary coolants. It contains no oils and is non-flammable. Can be diluted from 10:1 up to 40:1 with water. SynCut 4000 is a heavy duty synthetic coolant and cutting fluid designed for heavy machining on steel or aluminum where increased lubricity is required. SynCut 4000 performs especially well on hard to work metallic surfaces, such as aluminum where scraps tend to stick and gouge. SynCut 4000 is biodegradable and water soluble for metal working applications including drilling, grinding, milling, tapping and turning. SynCut 4000 is not an emulsion and cannot turn rancid like ordinary coolants. It contains no oils and is non-flammable. Can be diluted from 10:1 up to 40:1 with water. Zelodyne 650 is a mild acidic solution designed to prevent tarnish and oxidation of copper and copper alloys in numerous metal working applications. Special additives eliminate galvanic corrosion which occurs between dis-similar metals that are worked within the same solution or chemical bath. Applications include cleaning operations and grinding or cutting machines. Zelodyne 650 forms a strong polymeric complex on the copper surface. This organometallic layer provides both a mechanical and electromechanical barrier against corrosive attack. Zelodyne 650 exhibits substantial thermal and oxidative stability for long term protection. Use at 1 to 5% solution diluted with water. Zelodyne 750 is a thin, dense final coating designed to prevent tarnish and oxidation of copper and copper alloys. This invisible corrosion barrier protects the metallic surface during storage and subsequent operations. Zelodyne 750 forms a strong polymeric complex on the copper surface. This organometallic layer provides both a mechanical and electromechanical barrier against corrosive attack. Zelodyne 750 exhibits substantial thermal and oxidative stability for long term protection. Use undiluted as supplied. Rustproofer 161 is a solvent based rust inhibitor designed to provide long term indoor protection of ferrous metal surfaces. An invisible film is deposited on the surface which is practically non-dimensional. Any operation or assemblies which follow the application of Rustproofer 161 will not be affected. Rustproofer 161 provides both a physical and chemical protective barrier to the metallic surface and can be left on the part after assembly, providing slight lubricity. Use undiluted as supplied. Rustproofer 168 is similar to Rustproofer 168, however, it contains a higher solids content for better indoor protection against corrosive environments. Rustproofer 168 also contains additives which help to displace water if the treated surfaces are moist prior to application. Use undiluted as supplied. |
