INDUSTRIAL : General Purpose Cleaners

AmKleen 55 is a concentrated, all purpose water soluble cleaner/degreaserdesigned to be effective on a variety of surfaces. AmKleen 55 dissolves greases, oils and other hard to remove soils instantaneously. Can be used as is or cut back up to 20:1 with water. AmKleen 55 is utilized to clean the following:

  • Floors, Walls
  • Machinery
  • Painted Surfaces
  • Metallic and Non-metallic Surfaces

Antistat is a mild alkaline liquid wipe designed to remove any light soils and reduce any static charge from a hard surface. Antistat contains a cationic charge which neutralizes any surface static thus helping to maintain a clean surface over a longer period of time. The attraction of dust and other soils is dramatically reduced. Antistat is typically utilized in the lighting maintenance industry for lighting fixtures, etc. Use Antistat undiluted.

Concentrate S-7508 is a mild all purpose cleaner which is utilized when rinsing becomes difficult. Typical applications include cleaning parabolic lighting equipment within the lighting maintenance industry. Compound U-350 is formulated with components which evaporate without leaving any residues or streaking, and absorb relatively large percentages of most soils without redepostion back onto the cleaned surface.

Concentrate 50 is a concentrated, water soluble cleaner/degreasor designed to be effective on a variety of surfaces. Concentrate 50 dissolves greases, oils and other hard to remove soils instantaneously. Concentrate 50 is USDA approved for use in food processing facilities. Can be used undiluted or up to 50:1 with water. Other uses include the cleaning of:

  • Floors and Walls
  • Machinery
  • Painted Surfaces
  • Metallic and non-metallic surfaces
  • Special activators and penetrants solubilize surface contaminates and reduce the chance of soil redeposition.
Concentrate 50-R is a concentrated, water soluble cleaner/degreasor similar to Concentrate 50, however, Concentrate 50-R is higher alkaline to remove tougher soils. For example, Concentrate 50-R will remove vulcanized rubber tire marks from concrete floors. Other applications are similar to Concentrate 50. Can be used undiluted or up to 50:1 with water.

Concentrate 50-B is a remarkable cleaning compound designed specifically for the lighting maintenance industry. Use undiluted or up to 50:1 with water. With Concentrate 50-B, productivity can be increased up to 100%.
Maintenance personnel will be amazed at how easy the wiping cloth slides over a cleaned surface. Concentrate 50-B will provide a "streak free" fixture. It is formulated to clean:

  • Reflector portion of recessed fixtures
  • Interior and exterior of industrial fixtures
  • Smoke stained and heavily soiled ceiling grid (trails)
  • Miscellaneous lighting equipment

    Dri-Rite 110 is an exceptional solvent cleaner in that it combines quick drying with non-flammability. Composed mostly of OSHA nonhazardous actives, Dri-Rite 110 also achieves complete Rule 66 and Clean Air Act compliance. Dri-Rite 110 can be used on any metal surface without attack. Use undiluted as supplied.

    Equipment Cleaner ADC is a liquid alkaline formulation designed to remove organic and inorganic contamination from production cleaning equipment. Equipment Cleaner ADC is very similar to Compound RF-44, however, Equipment Cleaner ADC is designed as a liquid as opposed to a powder. Use Equipment Cleaner ADC at a 10%-20% make-up with water.

    Mechanics Hand Soap is a powdered hand soap which removes heavy grease, oil and other soils. The gritty texture of Mechanics Hand Soap helps to remove tenacious soils which have been in place for an extended period of time.

    Solvent 125 is a heavy duty liquid solvent emulsion cleaner designed to remove grease, oil and carbonaceous material from metallic surfaces. Solvent 125 can be used undiluted or mixed with other solvent or water soluble cleaners for a boost in cleaning ability, speed and efficiency. Solvent 125 can be added to AmerChem's hot tank cleaners for additional cleaning of tenacious soils.

    Solvent 808 is an all purpose industrial cleaning solvent used in recirculating parts washers and in dip tanks. Solvent 808 is utilized in the automotive rebuilding and maintenance industry. Use undiluted as supplied.

    Stainless Steel Cleaner is an acidic detergent formulated to remove rust and scale deposits, as well as light oils and fingerprints from stainless steel surfaces. Stainless Steel Cleaner utilizes organic acids, inhibitors and surfactants to penetrate heavily soiled surfaces. It is non-etching and extremely fast acting. Special additives increase the bath life and provide consistent cleaning. Use undiluted as supplied.
